I always pick up a selection when I see Jenny at shows. Was using 1 today as it happens. I hope I may be able to get to see her at the NEC Classic Show. Her website used to be done by one of her sons, but he moved up to scotland and I think he took it down. Good news if it's back up.

Nice! 1 more job if you haven't already - distress the threads on the underside of each nut, so the stud cannot go right through and possibly break the tee slot.

Yes, there some machining bays in Herbert's Edgwick works that suffered from mist problems. I was always concerned about vapour coming off cylindrical grinders - seemed to splash everywhere.

Are you saying that filtration is required for all forms of metal working fluids or only mist? I either use flood neat cutting oil or cut dry.

Paul (our wonderful recently deceased moderator) used one of these in his business and it had quite a lot of use. I don't think hinge wear is normally a problem. It's for sale on here.
