These are Brushtec https://www.brushtec.com/ but I got free delivery from Agri-Linc. Chap from Brushtec very helpful on phone but wanted £60 delivery. Another place you could try is http://scot-sweep.co.uk/
The brushes are individual on mine, o/d 560.
Good luck,
Dave
Every bolt fought me to get the shaft out of the sweeper but I'm wondering how to get the brushes off? I'm hoping there's a simple way that's escaping me or it's going to be a hell of a fight!
First time I've tackled shafts, any advice please?

And the problem was?..... a jammed fan. Kneeling outside makes it easy to remove remove the side trim of lower centre console to reveal the fan resistor module pack.
Press on the clip on the left hand side and you can vertically lift the module before sliding out. You can unclip the module...
It's a module not a resistor I discovered. I found it eventually, nice and easy to remove. I couldn't get the fan to spin so I'm leaning towards fan knackered but I'm going to try a replacement module to see before I try and change the fan.
Thanks folks. I appreciate that helpful advice.
Morning,
The fans not working on my van, 0-4 all nothing. I remember problems with the resistor module in the older version of the van but I didn't think it was something that would reappear in the new model....
Google hasn't turned up much. Has anyone any experience?
Cheers
I helped with the scoring and bending. There was an inherent fear to start with of the grinder and took a few demos to up her confidence.
Yes it's big but it's the design she found and wanted to make. I went with her enthusiasm. It's light enough to tuck away out of the rain and we've space...
My fifteen year old lass wanted to have a go at building something and found a design for a fire pit. She got stuck in and I helped along the way.
Tomorrow she'll weld the stand from rebar. I'm no expert but she's enjoyed it and I couldn't have done better myself.

Thanks for help folks. All sorted now.
Refitted the Airbag Control Module (thumbs up to Crashdata) but still had no power steering with both power steering and airbag warning lights on. Took along to Chris at the pier. It had 13 faults related to accident and me plugging and unplugging things...
Now the lad is learning about frustration. Will the replacement door fit the hole? Nah. Can't say I'm the expert but the aperture looks straight. Sill straight, roof straight, windscreen fine, pillars look good but new door hangs too far back. It's a good fit top and bottom but 10mm parallel gap...
Goes to show we've all had different experiences post accidents.
I'll look into Crashdata because my reading indicates needs hard resetting.
My lad has been scrubbing the mouldy replacement seats and they are now dying in front of fire! I'm glad he's taken responsibility for the accident and...
Very interesting, thank you. I'm a bit miffed the police got him recovered at great expense when he had breakdown/recovery already. Another lesson to remember amongst all the rest.

Crossroads, road markings worn away, give way sign covered by tree. Police arrived, said common at that junction and that it's been reported to council many times. Hence no action taken against my lad by police.
Thanks for your thoughts
