i have the go to clarke 6x4 bandsaw for cutting long stock for machining on the lathe, tube etc, its done trojan work. over the xmas however the motor died in an impressive display of smoke and and noise, then seizing solid.
I don't have the time or mental capacity with so much going...

ive just got a chinesium blast pot over the christmas and intend to do the suggested mods straight away - ive already ordered the century wise mixing unit as i just dont have the time to be faffing about making one.

well, im going to have to compromise somewhere because I grind everything ,and i cant have one wheel for every material realistically. So a good quality 'general' stones would be ideal, course 36, and say 120 or so.

Hi guys, just to follow up as no one does that on forums :D it's confirmed as 3/8 bspt , got a few 90 hose tails and they screw in nicely for about 3/4 of the thread length and then snugs up. Thanks for all the replies !

theres 2 sizes i think, that hose reel with the 1/4 fittings is a 5/16 hose - my hose is 3/8 also so its a bigger unit.
Its looking like its 3/8 npt, just might be a bit snug going in. il crank down the 3/8 NPT fitting i have a bit more and see how it feels.
