DrNIK,thanks for the reply,the boiler im building is a down draft,so control wise it should be ok, as regulating the fire goes,i could build the standard hx that goes with these boilers,but steel price at mo is crazy,i thought these propane bottles could be linked series or parellel,expelling...
Right lads,im new here and looking for advise, can a 47 kg propane bottle be converted into a shell and tube type heat exchanger,it will be used on a home built boiler,for rads,if it can safely be done,i know these are tested to a very high psi, IF untouched.
