If your old enough to remember the 6 million dollar man they summed your van up nicely.
Gentlemen we can rebuild him better, stronger and faster than he was before.
Fair play on all the work done mate. I hang my head in shame and will never complain about the piffling amount of welding I had...
Motorhomes can be bought fairly cheap and you can tow easy with them :)

Jailbreak is in my opinion a must. It's easy to do and then you can unlock from there. Biggest problem comes with new updates from apple which always re-locks the phone. You would be much better off with a samsung galaxy s2 :) android all the way.
Tomtom every time :)
I used to use a pocket pc (ipaq) with a Bluetooth GPS Receiver which can be hidden easily :)
The all in ones are a lot simpler though...
I have never welded gasless but I seem to remember reading that the roller was a different shape for flux cored wire?
So it may say .8 but would not grip properly.
I agree with foundry boots :)
I worked in a foundry for almost 10 years most of that time I was a pourer of molten steel that ranged in temp from 1350 to 1500 degrees.
Generally 300tdi parts are dirt cheap check out http://www.paddockspares.com/
or http://www.island-4x4.co.uk/index.php
Have a look at prices for injectors too 200/300 approx £68+vat td5's are £175 or £195 +vat
The td5's are more prone to chassis rust than body the 200/300 is the opposite...
