Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me. The rollers on my wire feed have gears attached and one of them has snapped into bits. I've searched the usual places but drawn a blank. Any suggestions where I might be able to source some?
Cheers
Brilliant lads.
I have done a bit of homework before I buy the machine and was fairly sure it can be done, but its good to get a second opinion from the experts.
Hi all,
I dont have much experience with press brakes so all input welcome.
Question is, if a 40ton x 2mtr pressbrake has the correct size tooling, would it be possible to fold 200mm wide 10mm mild steel?
Cheers
I didnt see anything like that this morning, I didnt look specifically but I went over it and pretty certain I would have noticed. I'll check again in morning
Hi all,
I suspect someone has used one of these on my transit last night, I got up for work this morning and opened the van and someone had taken the plastic cowling from underneath the steering wheel and thrown it on the passenger seat?
Theres no sign of forced entry and other than the clip-on...
Cheers for input chaps.
I had 66 of the 10mm brackets to do.
I cut them to size and punched the slotted holes out and I got in touch with a fabrication firm that folded them for me for 40 quid cash....result
Hi all, we want to invest in a compact machine that has enough grunt to fold a 100mm x 10mm bracket to 90 degree.

Just an update for future reference for anyone in the same situation..
The company who dealt with it

Liability insurance is something I've always had and thankfully never needed to use in the last 18 years.

Just wondering if anybody has been in the same situation and what the outcome was.
I was digging out today at a customer's house to cement a post in for a gate, but I hit a yellow plastic gas pipe.
Gas started pumping out so I rang the emergency gas number and someone came out within an hour.

I thought I'd have a go at making an adjustable jig to cover most railheads and vertical bar combinations.
I normally just tack bits of steel to the bench to position the job, but then cut it all away once the jobs finished, so it will be nice to have something that's reusable.
It's all made...
I bought a jasic 200 for the odd bit of aluminium welding a couple of years ago.
12 months ago I picked up a fair bit of aluminium work and I've really punished it.
I've basically had it on full power, welding all day for generally 3 to 4 days a week. The duty cycle seems good because it never...
