I've just fitted a £50 iegeek ip camera off amazon, really happy with it. I did originally buy the 720p but sent it back as the picture wasn't great quality and the field of view small, spent the extra £10 for the 1080p it's much better.
They normally have a cracking pressure (the pressure at which they start to open) of at least 5 psi, see if you can find what yours is rated. To be honest if it isn't broke don't fix it would be my advice, sounds like it works fine to me.
My old dears house that was rewired just before she bought it has 10mm earth to the 3" copper tail after the stop tap, its all plastic either side. Some prople really have no common sense

Can vouch for the Hitachi MV12VE. Long story but we use them on the end of a (S3!) robot for making holes in plastic parts and they last probably 6 months. We used to use Dewalt DW625's but the quality nosedived a few years ago and they were a week at best. Something must have changed as we...
Don't see how earth leakage could be reasonably expected for earth leakage to exceed 10mA in a domestic environment? I'd think that would apply more to an office full of computers (which are buggers for earth leakage)
Have you found any actual, significant, differences in the new regs?
Only had chance to read the osg and haven't come across anything much really apart from a 'recommendation' to consider afdd's. I'm lead to believe the big changes are coming in amendment 1.
It's probably 'exploded' as it failed, attached a pic to show you the sort of thing I mean. Only real option for removal is brute force trying not to scrap the cylinder.
I've had to do similar after drilling air con ducting holes in the wrong place (whoops). I fixed a large square of 9mm ply behind and screwed a new piece of plasterboard to that.
Looking at mine it does seem to have a similar shaped burr just mine has been flattened off. I've certainly not noticed it before and this jigsaw has some miles on it.
