I`ve recently had my first 50l pure argon bottle from SGS gass and it turned out to be a bad one. The supplier wasn`t too surprised, so I am assuming it`s not that uncommon
I got mine , turned out to have faulty lens, I had to send it back. But in any case I didn`t really liked it anyways. Fells very flimsy ( soift plastic shell ) Also your dirty glows will leave very visible marks on this plastic. So all in all, I don`t think it was the right one for me.
Thank you guys. Yeah, random tacks on the stem does looks nice , i didn`t think of it I`ll might steal this idea :D Anyway it`s not finished yes as I still need to come up with some stand for it
I have never used any machines listed above apart of Thermal Arc 181 that I bought just recently and I can definitely recommend it. Got it from United Welding on they eBay shop and paid £650 delivered.
I agree Mr Shiney it welds pretty nice. I have never owned inverter mig machine before and this one surprised me, went a little beyond my expectations :-)
Thanks Antonio. That is exactly what I did. I have contacted United Welding and received an excellent customer support from Adam. Great guy to deal with ! I can highly recommend them.
The paper manual is at home I'll have a look at it later when I am back. But still it is a bit strange for me. May be it is something to do with the US and UK market....
Hello guys. I have recently bought this little welder from United Welding Supply and my concern is that left hand side display shows 000 all the time. I haven't actually welded with it yet, only connected everything up but doesn't it supposed to display a wire speed?
