Here's a list of what we spend on the buggy EXCULDING consumables cutting ,disc sanding, belts, weld wire etc etc
You will probley notice there is lots of shocks a few break carriers, new CDI a new engine, 2 rack and pinions becasue we melted all the bushes...

Oh forgot to say. we had to get another set of shock for the front because they were abit soft:laughing: to say the least.
As for cost, between me and my mate it cost about £2000:(
HOWEVER
That includes new tools and 1 bike and an additional engine because the 1st one was knackard and...

There are some more basic buggys and more complicated models. There is also a pretty usefull forum.
The fab plans are realy good but become abit vague when you have to mount a engine etc i supose...
Ive recently (last year) started my own building and groundwork bussiness and its going pretty well so far. The one biggest thing ive learnt is NOT to be shy about money, things cost what they cost there is no such thing as a cheap job. Being a young un (23) i use to be a little shy about it...

its about 80£ a ton for light iron. closer to 100£ for heavy and about 3000£ for copper.
u know why gypos go stripping it out of empty houses and factorys.

You guys rock! 36.4 sounds great.
The tolerence is pretty tight 0.5mm would make my life easy.
Hopefully one of you guys can help. i'll check exactly how much i need 2moz and i'll let you know and we can sort it out from there.

Some tube or pipe with a Internal dimention of 36mm or 1mm or 2 mm less In your scrap bin or rack. I only need about 600mm and have not been able be find any anywhere.
Its for some links for my suzuki so its going to have a metalasic landrover bush in.
