I used to install security systems and mostly used Menvier control panels and Elmdene siren units. Some of the systems are over 25 years old and still working well. :thumbup:
Gaz1, not sure if this will be of any use to you but see below my figures since my system went in.
Garage is 3.87KWp (50 degree angle) and caravan port is 10.24kWp (8 degree angle), bit further north than you are looking for so anything comparative is likely to give higher outputs.

Look like native flag irises, it won't be a problem moving them. I've pulled out plenty from my pond, as they start to take over if you don't keep on top of them and I planted some out on the verge and they grow just fine without being in the water.
Well thanks to Screwdrivers post I decided to build the same for under my workbench to use the space better than just shoving stuff under it, wheeled box is roughly 1400x550mm, not sure of the weight in it but it's no lightweight! :thumbup:
If you are wanting to heat only a single radiator using the tank as described you would actually just be better fitting an electric heater where you need the heat as you won't have the losses from the pipework etc.
