Xylene/xylol/ aromatic naphta should work. The msds has solvesso 100 which is a higher boiling fraction than xylene. What is readily available where you are?
It is a thing of beauty!!.
A pair of vintage machine rollers sold for 150ukp if i Remember correctly at a danish vintage style 2. Hand outlet ( www.genbyg.dk).
Ethanol will do in a pinch, better with a mix with xylene. Acetone will do but inhibits curing in high film thickness. Xylene on its own works to some degree but better with alcohol in the mix. Acetone is good for cleaning. Avoid white spirit, turpentine, hexanes. They are not polar enough to...
A binzel sr-20 8m with a fronius connector suddenly appeared from a guy at work. Cost 3 bottles of fancy gin. Got i all connected and tested used a 3:1 destilled water:ethanol mix as coolant as seen from a fronius msds on coolant.
the CK torch offer is maybe not that relevant anymore if it’s a...
I have seen a similar issue with a ps5000 set. I found a relay in the cooler causing the issue. Apparently some control wires passes through the control board
Cooler recieved. Fans are 24v , the pump is a ceme et3009 ( i think, the text is somewhat scruffy). It’s 230v. Thus I will just bypass the electronics an run directly through a fuse
Several old options here. Most commonly red lead oxide in linseed oil as primer an then a linseed oil alkyd topcoat containing aluminium flakes and micaceous iron oxides - gives excellent performance . This works to some extend even on mill scale. Solvent borne chlorinated rubber or vinyl primer...
Mw2200 with gas through dinse. The cooler is external and fitted with quick connectors.
An offer would be nice although this brexit stuff has made it expensive to import from the UK. Thank you for you time Jim, much appreciated and even with import tax it could still be on the fronius price...
going water cooled on my magic wave. Ck torches are not available locally. Anyone compared a ttw3000 to a comparable binzel? The fronius is not cheap..
In any case, AC or DC. I would start with powering through a variac fitted with an ampere meter. So you can spot anomalies in the powerdraw before anything smokes
It seems you are lacking the amphenol plug for the remote. The TU 20 is strange in that respect that the only way to control the main welding current is with the remote. It might be a simpel potmeter though. If you are lucky the schematic can be seen on the inside of the cabinet. at least it is...
