I cant justify Fronius or miller prices so I was looking more at the Rteck or Jasic line, and I'm well open to other brands round a similar price range but its more about the right...

they asked me €25,000 to get the 3ph in the workshop here so i bought a 30kva genny instead.
i reckoned after i took the 3k the genny cost me out of the 25k id be a hell of a long time burning through 22,000 worth of diesel feeding it....

seen this on the bay and thought it was (so far) great value, it will make more im sure but for someone with a lathe to suit its a damn fine selection.

i ended up with something from them via a e bay purchase in an auction listing.

i have the makings of a prety big press but its not built yet so the one i get away with for now is one i built 20 yrs ago.
its just two lths of 8" H iron with one across the top.
4" pieces of 3x2 channel welded onto the outsides of the legs spaced equally apart.
