More progress today got the ram on and carriage , will have to fit the table when it moves into the room where it will be living as too wide for the door :doh:
oiler working correctly just got to add the lines for the Knee
Ram and swivel rebuilt , no wear at but was filled with swarf.
This job was a pain in the ar$e but all the pipe replaced and feeding oil to all the ways
wear in the ways not terrible and i can live with it at the moment and shouldn't get worse now, maybe i'll learn to scrape when i retire !
@Richiew where did you get your table scale from ? I need 900mm as I have a 48" table whats the chance of that traveling from the other side of the world and not looking like a banana :(
Just going through the Bijur lube unit and a few of the Metering units are not working , they are normally difficult to find with 5/16 thread but this site does them cheap £12 postage is cheeky though !

Bit of time spent this weekend managed to get the knee back on , will have to look in to setting the gib correctly once i get the Z axis shaft and pinion back in
