I need 4 corners. This might just do the trick mate.
Inside collapse is no problem at all. Outside need to be minimum distortion. It can be done as I have a sample item here. Customer wants it fairly close to the sample.
Need help for a job which is late. Can anyone bend 25mm box? 50mm inside radius, 75mm outside radius. 1off each in the attached PDF. Struggling to find a company with the correct size former.
Of course this is a paying job, not expecting it for beer tokens. It's not a big job, but I need it...
This is a strange one: I always put my slippers on in the morning when I get up. It's totally a mental thing, but wearing slippers puts me into a relaxed/lethargic mood. If I need to do something, I put my shoes on. Just simply putting on my outdoor shoes changes my whole mindset and gives me...
My metal suppliers have still delivered on time despite lowered man-power. Items from China have been a few days later than advertised, but nothing of any major concern. Genarally, deliveries of all types have been pretty good.
I bought a 5 litre container for £10 last week (which is about what I paid last time). I use it in the workshop. The seller has now deleted their account without delivering to many customers. I have had to start an ebay claim. Since then I have found the other container (3/4 full) that I was...
Cheers guys,
I'll do the fab work, show the client this thread and leave it to him to sort out the wiring.

The incoming earth wire is simply cable-tied to the support bar. I could solder a ring connector and bolt it too...
I have no bad things to say about Wemoto. They have been spot on for me in the past.
I recommended them to a work buddy several weeks ago. My work buddy was massively grateful after dealing with them.
My welder started to do funny things, so sent it off to R-Tech for repair. The problem wouldn't present itself at their workshop, but they still done all testing and checks anyway. With no point in chasing something that was no longer apparent, I agreed to have it back as it now works.

I have a brand new SIP Plasma 77 sat in back of a cupboard, 2 years old. Belongs to the guy who rents a bit of my unit. Got a job coming in tomorrow which gives us the chance to try it out for the first time :)
Hey guys,
Are the locations of the plug wires critical? ie. when wiring a motor, if the motor spins the wrong direction you simply swap two phases to have it running the correct direction. Can you get the wires wrong when wiring a plasma cutter, or will it be fine regardless which phase is on...
