Still have to bore/tap for the M5 dog point that will retain the bolts and also make the clamp plates, once that is done I will...
Just made this, simple test pattern from some 8mm 5083 to see if my measurements are correct before I machine the part out of some 2.5" x 2" x 150mm Aluminium as I don't have a lot left so don't want to waste it :D
Yesterday I was asked if I could repair a badly corroded part of an outboard.
It is not pretty but hopefully it will be ok.

There were also two pinholes that ended up a bit larger, used the MIG as couldn't really get in to clean well enough for Tig. It is ugly but...
This is a manual one, whether it will take the mulitibore ones or not I am unsure but a lot of them do.

You can get the collet chucks in many spindle nose configurations, mostly they will be used on CNC with a hydraulic drawbar but I am sure I have seen manual ones.
