Whatever you do dont buy gasless I made that mistake,
Definitely looks like it's for a 2 pin plug I recently bought a concrete poker that was 2 pin but it works ok on uk plug not sure if the welder...

There is a place on Ebay that repairs the full board but I dont have time I also took the torch apart and it's been messed about with I dont think...

As for the runs they look better than my first experience with flux core

Buy another sub frame possibly one already removed so you can check the overall condition and quality
I welded the rear chassis on my pajero about 8 inch away from the tank
I bought some fire blankets for this in advance but being diesel I don't...
I had this problem when I started and as said above I just use good lighting around the piece I'm welding and adjust the helmet to suit your needs
I had a wolf mig welder but it wasn't gas/gasless Just gasless and to be honest it was crap the best part about the experience with the wolf mig...
I bought a old mig to start with to get the feel of things
Then bought a brand new Clarke 151 en but that's still in the box...

Flap disc , good quality filler, sand it then paint it
I was told they only check the welding
If they have failed that part of the metal on the car
