Sorry was meaning if no seats in then no part of the seat belt is testable as there is no requirement for them.
If seats aren’t present then it’s a pass and advise. Can’t test what’s not there.
That’s not a bad idea actually. Failing that I’m sure I’d get one from eBay I just don’t like fitting bits from eBay to customer vehicles
