Anyone know where you can get these covers/caps from, to seal off the torch when its not connected ?.
Just one of the Procon's off Ebay, can usually pic one up for 30 quid off there.(chose one with the adjuster the bit pointing straight down)

Liquid damped PSI gauge 0-100psi, showing about 46psi in the pic, set to 50PSI now via the adjuster on the Procon gives me 1.5lt min back into...

The 18w DDC pumps like the Lang d5 are no good, pressure to low to get the needed coolant through the head, I've tried them both.

Check the volts going to the battery after starting the engine, if its 14.2 or above I'd say your good to go with the old system you have.

Only 4 wires on the D5s from the RangRover, the water pump wires come from internally in the heater.
