Yes all the robots i work with have that arc not established or arc fault alarm...but as far as i know it's the robot source that sounds the alarm...

It might be worth it to start with getting your settings right....when you describe the balls weld bead the first thing i think of is too much...
Really? That doesn't make sense to me...cos when you're going uphill you can't go as fast as downhill so you should have more chance to blow...
If you have trouble seeing where to weld try angling your torch slightly to right so you can see where you're going...also when welding exhaust...

Yeah i understand what you mean pdg...but if i'm correct Pyro uses an Esab c251 and he can adjust voltage and wirespeed seperately;) all comes...
