yip greasy oily surface and plenty of dust ,keeps everything rust free, old leaky tractors prove this.

tigerseal can lift, use a proper seamsealer like wurth or 3m, tigerseals a polyurethane and nothing wil adhere above it. a bit like windscreen bonder.
