Parts can be had from them, but for older machines it is a bit Ad hoc.
Last time I needed help, what parts they did not have in stock, they pointed me to an approved supplier.
They are good machines and do stand up well to abuse.
My go to files at home and in my van tool box are a set of Draper files.
They are good, comfortable in the hand and ready available, for me at least.
The best files I have located are ones from car boots. I look for Ex-MOD ones.
