The stitch timer and burn back on that old SIP was brilliant for body panels

No i sold it on for the fact it was a back breaker getting it in and out of the van,an older oxford 180 mig took its place ;)

If all the functions are working on it,then its a cracking welder,again,its a beast

If it is emulsion then warm soapy water simple as that,use one of sponge scouring pads and of course a touch of elbow grease :thumbup:

Whats the big Have you priced up all the panels you need,are you going to get them? I would if me;), if not,you're going to have source some sheet and fab them up Why the want for the best wire if you're putting new panels in most of your welding can be plugs welds you've really no need for...

Clean it all up from the sills to the centre or to as close as(good clean steel) inside and underneath,then assess i see its had a repair/work done to it before recently underneath

I'd rip that floor pan out and replace it,you'll be chasing that rot,get that put in then work outwards
