Turn off out in the street , disconnect , cut the blue poly and reroute it back to the wall , fit a new stopcock ! Then carry on from there

I've lent out a 1 tonne block and tackle , it hasn't been brought back and now that I need it , I can't remember who borrowed it ! I'm an idiot for lending it out in the first place !

Thought I'd got away with this repair , was cleaning it all over , getting paint off and I bumped it when I undone the vice, it cracked open again , so I've welded it again and it's going to the foundry to have a new one cast , James Hoyle , Beehive Foundry London , not a bad price either !

Yeah ariel view off scaffold , its getting smaller everytime I go !

Finally got round to sorting this job out , arc welded today cold with a bit of peening , cast rods , cant be specific they were given to me ages ago , nothing written on them ! , seems to have welded ok
