same here. Tuffsaws, Mrbandsaw, I'm currently using an Axminster blade. This is for wood cutting, not metal work. There is not much of a difference IMO. never tried Starretts or Lenox
don't forget to budget for your PPE as well.
If it's just for hobby use, Don't get too hung up on duty cycles. I just have a cigarette or coffee while it's cooling down.
really depends on what you want to weld, as to where you do it. You need to clear the area of anything that can catch fire or melt. Don't forget your PPE as well, wear long sleeves, Gloves, Helmet, leather boots, ( you don't want to get a spark on/in your trainers) After all that, practice...
