Did some cutting and sticking to an exhaust to keep all the silencing effect while shortening it
Shortened as it is just going to be used on my engine test bed that runs them out the car so no need for all the extra length to take to rear of car
The thin exhaust pipe I blew a few holes in but...
Was just a passing interest as I had watched that video and it reminded me I am not educated on the subject unfortunatley
I went back to the video and the source for the corn stat was this https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11053-005-4679-8 and in the video

I have just been cleaning up my record No.6 , quite pleased with the bare metal look and plan on keeping it this way rather than paint a few questions to fellow vice restorers.
How do you protect this finish , I was thinking maybe some sort of beeswax or oil mix
Is there any easy way to get...
Starting to get a better hang of uphill vertical stick welding , 2.5mm 6013 rods running about 80A I think just on my rather thick test box section I practise on.
I realised as I take on bigger projects I cant easily move the work around to make a easy flat weld so teaching myself more...
I got given some bolle anti fog safety glasses , wore them most days and was used to them got on well and could not really notice them.
Then I picked up normal safety glasses again thought wow these are carp they fog up straight away with this mask.
Mine came with extra sealant and things however it's negative pressure so if anything leaks would suck air in as I have a beefy extraction motor.
A test is to see if the door is pulled closed with just the vacuum in there
I also really like it , Need to remember next time I'm over in the states and take some home a lot cheaper there.
I also try to look for some second hand so because then i don't mind as much when it gets dirty and I'm cheap :D , Hard to find second hand however which is a shame
