no but made one out of a whiteboard stand and an old bed frame, have seen engine stands used though. only thing I would do to that is put swivel...

should be a nut or bolt with a spring in the centre of the feed reel you tighten to add drag to it
flowmeter does, regulator doesn't, twist the regulator so it is 'flat' and the bottom exit becomes a side exit for a flow meter?
how do you find the wirefeed adjustment? mine was way too sensitive even with the PWM board so ended up replacing the pot with a multiturn one....

avoid SIP machines, wasted months trying learn how to weld with one of these.
in my not very expert opinion I would use the whole repair panel and weld on the flat part above the curve. spaced tacks to minimize distortion.
with what they're worth these days I'll bet there's a few vacuum stored rust free ones about lol, had a bubble arched 1300E with a 1600 and plenty...
