more than likely the control pcb in pic 1
if youre sure the connections are right, first check the frequency (50)
then see if the avr voltage trim pot has been messed with.

the two small preset pots on that board are probably minimum and maximum wire speed
try adjusting them

those 405t aren't made by Lincoln.they are Selco
i have repaired a few hundred Jasic machines
they are no better or worse than Rtech.the hardware,i.e. case, handle, connectors, sockets, switches...
the first thing to do is remove the torch,and bridge the two trigger pins to see if keeps stopping

I wouldnt be definite that its the hf board thats at fault,just a guesstimate due to the sound in the videos above.i would ring technical arc or...
Somebody like tecarc would be able to sort that board if you sent them it
the noise the high frequency is making in the videos isn't right, theres probably a component on the board faulty,not the points themselves
There are a few revisions of the dynasty, the one i have here doesnt have points. I dont know would i go messing with modifying the wires around...
