Hi everyone,
I've had a quick search through the forum but haven't found much on the topic of Sealey welders, or at least not much that I can see. There are a few mixed reviews dotted around but I thought I'd ask - perhaps someone has used one of these:
http://www.sealey.co.uk/PLPageBuilder.asp?gotonode=ViewProduct&method=mViewProduct&productid=19507
Reason for asking is that I know of one going locally so the list price won't be directly comparable to a Gys or Parweld (which seem to get solid reviews). I suppose the question is really "what would you pay for this welder?"
Me? I'm a total newbie who would like to learn TIG welding and be able to try some ally welding in the future. All domestic projects, perhaps some automotive patching as and when I get good enough. Ideally anything I buy would be reasonably long-lived! Single-phase domestic supply...
Thanks chaps
Mike
