Fettled a couple of other bits today, made a pin for the handle from an old stainless bolt with an R clip and decided it was time to grease it up and give it a whirl. Both my grease guns were empty....... I don't think I will bother modifying it to take thicker material as it really isn't up to it. A couple of adjustable guides would be a nice addition to keep the strip against the back of the rollers and allow you to feed the strip quicker then I suppose a reversible motor would be the next addition.
The Bead Roller sulking in disgrace gathering dust under the bench is the next POS on my hitlist.
Tried 6mm x 25mm and it really didn't like it, the 3mm was too easy!
