Hi,
I saw a post on here a while back where the guy had coated his BMW in Jotamastic 87 epoxy, I was all set on using Rustbusters epoxy mastic 121 until I read his post. So I thought Id share my project photos of my Nissan Pulsar GTi-R, I sprayed the engine bay, underside and interior with Jotamastic 87. I also used the winter grade hardener, went on really well with a 1.8mm tip on the spraygun. Its the first major run my new compressors had, after taking me an age to decide which one to buy!! Thanks Daz1968 for your help on that and everyone else that contributed in that post!
Anyway on with the photos:
Im looking to spray Jawel non iso 2k in the engine bay and underneath once seam sealed, getting a quote off a local body shop to spray the panels, I want a good quality finish and not too sure on my painting skills yet! With all the work ive put into the shell, would be a shame to mess it up at paint stage.
The car in question:
Heres a few photos before I sprayed the epoxy on:
Looking forward to start rebuilding it next year!
Gaz
