Be careful with those key switches if you don't have a mechanical lock on the door...whip the front off it and touch the relevant wires together and up it goes.

If it's a good keyswitch, you can't remove the front without the key. Had to get one off at work when the key got lost, ended up destroying the box to get it apart!.
It might not as many of the door controls work at 24VDC so insulated from earth
Was the terminal box installed by an industrial sparky?, can't see any individual circuit protection though.
do we take it that your ringmain is 16 amp and not 30 ? a 16 amp socket is just a conection that can carry 16 amp and not a protection device
