With the work I've been doing on Minis recently it's been handy to have a shrinking dolly but the only one I've been able to find is this.
Now my brother has /\this one/\ but I'm to much of a fan of the large radiused top and prefer to use a heel dolly like \/this one\/.
My question is have any of you guys seen a grid pattern heel dolly before and if not are there any obvious reasons I couldn't get a grid machined onto a heel dolly. The only thing I could think was that being hardened steel it would have to be done slowly with lots of cutting coolant. This lead me to thinking a CNC mill would be the best way of doing it and then I realized that would probably cost more to do than I can afford what with having to model the whole thing first.
I know I've kind of answered my own question but this forum has a vast array of very talented members so figured someone might be able to help me out with a solution to my problem.
