evenin' all, thought i'd show you the manifold i made for some GSXR throttle bodies to bolt to my lowly zetec.
as the TB's were cast in pairs, they weren't able to be seperated, and therefore had an offset in spacing. to combat this i used 8 45 degree bends....
chucked a bit of weld at them, the inside obviously needed a smaller offset than the outer ones....
tacked the base on, because of the space in the engine bay i needed to put them at a 30 degree angle, however the angle of inlet tract in the head is roughly 30 degrees too, so it shouldn't impede too much....
then after that they were welded, and the injector rail added.....
they fit a beaut! flow should be pretty decent into the head too, had her fired up and there's no leaks
