Hi chaps,
I need a little bit of advice please.
I need to cut some 20mm box at various angles, 30 45 & 90 degrees mostly. I dont have any type of band saw or power tools to do the job. I cant afford one as I blew my budget on my welder/argon/mask etc...
I have however bought a decent hand saw with good quality blades.
The problem is if I'm cutting a 45 degree cut , the top is perfect with the line but then it starts to move off line and bow outwards if you know what I mean, so when I come to join the 2 45 degree cuts, they butt up on one side but I have a gap on the opposite side
Any tips on avoiding this and getting nice square cuts.
Cheers,
Matt
