If my arithmetic is right those are 130lm/W, which is similar to the best fluorescent tube replacements and far better than the <100lm/W from the cheaper unbranded stuff.
200lm/W and life measured in decades is achievable. If you are prepared to pay for it and if manufacturers are prepared to make them.
As LEDs become the default choice in industrial/commercial applications big corporate users will begin to do the whole life cycle cost calculations and recognize the benefits for high output applications and inaccessible locations and demand these higher efficiencies. The life cycle economic benefit is not so obvious in domestic type service.
