Been reading a few posts on here and seen quite a few saying that bare metal should be primered first then the seam sealer put over the top, yet years ago I was told the other way round so this is new news to me .
I’m in the process of doing body repairs on my Beetle project. So I’m guessing I should remove the current seam sealer so that I can primer underneath first, then reapply to ensure better corrosion protection?
