I know be to nothing about these things.
My compressor has this -
If it's off when powered down, then powered up again before pressing the buttons, all is fine.
If the mains is cut when the black button is still in, then both buttons just go kind of floppy when powrered up again, and I have to take the lid off, hold the lever that the solenoid would move, and flick at this bit with a screwdriver -
(Lever the brass looking pin upward and press the black button)
After a bit it all goes solid again. And works. Until next time it's powered down wrong.
What's all that about then?
