Does anyone know the autocad command to add another vector, offset to the existing, by a specified amount?
As a basic example, say I have a 100 X 100 two dimensional square, and I want to add a 5mm border to it (resulting in a 110x110 square) how would I do it?
(I'm not trying to do this to a square, by the way, so please no "just draw a 110mm square" answers!)
Preferably with very basic commands that will be compatible with the multi decade old version of autocad that I have access to!
Thank you
