Crocell is the rubbery plasticy coating on new tools. Any suggestions on cheap ways to heat the stuff at home that doesn't involve water filled saucepans?
I'm way too mean to lump out £100+ on a proper heater and I was wondering about small deep fat fryers. I don't suppose yoghurt makers get hot enough, it has to be over 80c degrees centigrade IIRC.
Anyone tried this, or have any other suggestions?
Edit: It needs over 100 degrees so I must have used oil, not water. A deep fat fryer it is then.
