hope the chassis outriggers are in better condition....cant remember how many of them I welded on....
My Dad had a Herald Estate, I can still picture him sitting on the front wheel, legs inside the engine bay while he performed repairs/ maintenance.
Original, unrestored 'rust-free' examples of the small chassis Triumphs are quite a nice drive (given the err very budget rear end).
The Vitesses' were imbalanced, for all their extra noise.
My very first, well second if you count the 1933 Austin 6 I got when I was 14, was a Herald (£10.00), had a sort of fast back roof?
