Unless you really are creating a concours car, you don't need pipe straighteners, it will come straight enough by hand, or deburrers - the one in the end of small pipe cutter will do fine for internal, a rub with emery, small file or decent scotchbrite will work on the outside, or a bender - your fingers will work fine for large radii, then anything suitable, sockets, bits of pipe, will work as a former for tighter ones. I only bought a small bender two years ago to make a tidier job of the ABS pipework in my Lancia - managed fine for the previous 30 yrs without it - and I'm not sure I made a better job than I did the first time I re-piped the Lancia 16 yrs ago.
Flares will take on the form of the mating fitting when you tighten the tube nut to seal, so as long as its the correct flare and within tolerance, it will seal and work.
