Do they do 17inch versions?I repair laptops and HP Pavilion's tend to be amongst the worst for going wrong. If you want a good laptop, go for a Lenovo T or X series Thinkpad.
It's not really better though as it's 15 inch... And the cheapest 17 inch is listed at 1300 refurbed.you wont learn that way better off going through laptops direct

It's lexia3 diagbox. What diagnostic software/kit are you using, what vehicle(s) is it for?
I run the diagnostic software for my Triumph motorcycle on a Asus 32GB EMMC drive laptop, it's only got an 11.6 inch screen though.
You could run that on a cheap £10 jobby lappy on XPIt's lexia3 diagbox.

http://vehiclediagnosticsuk.co.uk/products.htmlThanks, never heard of it to be honest, I were hoping it were suitable for Fiat and Isuzu but obviously not.
Apparently it's like new. The guy ended up not using it for intended purchase as it was too big.....but my needs are a mobile computer. Linked to drop box but used at a table when away.I'd want to pay not more than about £250, depending on condition. The processor is 4 gens old and most now ones cone with ssd drives as opposed hdd drives.
I usually go to the dell outlet and get laptops from there dell refurbished. Usually bought and returned.

I am confused as I have seen i7 laptops struggle and i5' fly and the latest tech is not something I am well up on...
I already have a DV6 HP pavillion but it's only 15 inch. You will find a 17 inch laptop is a size to lug around.. if you are traveling alone with it a 14 or 15 inch would be better but 250 is a decent price
