I have been reading the posts here for quite a while. Please forgive me for not using some of the same terminology for things as you do but being American we do talk a bit differently.
It is currently towards the end of summer here in Texas and I am looking forward to the colder days ahead. I want to build a heater for my workshop that will burn wood.
I have seen the heaters made from discarded tanks and wonder if that design will will heat a workshop. My workshop is 20 feet by 20 feet (please forgive me for not knowing the metric system). I would like to heat the shop to a point that I can work without a jacket.
Do the tank heaters perform well enough to heat a shop? Does anyone have photos of their shop heaters that they can post here?
Building just about anything is possible as I have been fabricating for many years and have all types of welders, just need a good design to keep me warm this winter.
Thanks from Texas
Bob
