Been looking at this,

Can't believe those cables can start a 6.5 ltr diesel, but that's the claim. Any one used something like that?
It's a fair point, butI I've had a bad experience where I bought some "400 amp" leads as a cheap way of getting cable. Sold as 16mm sq. Ignoring the optimistic duty cycle uprating, the problem was that they weren't as advertised.
Nice thick cables, but mostly insulation. Cut one to see - 6-8mm sq if that.
If you can (e.g. at the clamp end), see if you can see the actual conductor CSA before buying a set!
I made my own years ago with 80mm welding cable ,and snap-on clamps which are very good quality, I used to see on lorrys years ago the leads would thrutch in the air with a big load on them (eg starting a 14 litre Cummins in winter with no batterys)
So I made a beefy set, still with me today.
You could always screw up a small ball of cooking foil and clamp that over the terminal. Also useful if you can't stop the earth clamp arcing when welding.the biggest let down with any leads are the crocodile clips even strong ones . they clamp on to the battery terminal but have hardly any surface connection . that's where u loose all the power
