If you are using the same batch of material each time, could you send some to someone on here and see if they can get a better thread ? Ideal for a @doubleboost video ? But like the others have said grind up a HSS tool and see if that helps. Its the first thing i do if i want to turn a radius, an odd shape or a thread, because i cannot justify the cost of carbide.
Another thing, i found when i was turning a lot of 300 series stainless, was when using carbide, it liked heavy cuts, light cuts often gave a poor finish. It looks from your pictures, your material is tearing rather than cutting.
