Fettling a static phase converter, or that’s the plan when I get out of the vets.
Plan is to add in a meter on each phase so I can keep an eye on the balancing, and another pair of outlets on the back so I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging in when swapping between the drill, grinder and saw. Due to this, I’d like to add some protection in to the circuit.
The question is, do I use 3 pole L1 L2 L3 MCBs or, do I go for 4 pole L1 L2 L3 N MCBs?
Space isn’t currently an issue, but I can get 3no 16a 3 pole Crabtree MCBs for £20 delivered new in box.
