I know it's a sweeping statement, but I don't think it matters too much - it's a high quality machine, it states 20amps minimum current, and realistically even on 1mm steel you'll be working around 50 amps. Just buy it

The material thickness what range can you adjust from 0 up to 10mm ?
Max thickness is 4mm on the auto mode. Cracking welder, excellent quality and easy to use for an amateur like me!
What is the thinnest material thickness the machine will allow and can you weld that with 0.8 mm wire in auto mode?
My machine is an older Minarc 180 and with the .8 wire it's designed for I have welded old Lambretta panels which are like tissue paper compared to some of the cars I've welded.
I use a 180, several on here have the 200, would expect you to weld .8 easily ,with the option of using .6 wire if you fancy , upwards to as said 5/6mm. excellent tool thats for sure.

Don’t know, not used it on thin stuff for a while and I’m away from it for a few days. Will check when I’m back

at all ,,,, lol10mm would be a lot for a 200 amp machine, 6mm would be about most you would expect to do but if you are welding cars you will not come across this very often.
