M10What diameter bolts are you looking to use ?
I'll have to check it tomorrow I can't remember. Not 6mm though.How thick is the wall section? M10 C/S would need about 6mm or so to sit flush.

Very rough but i didnt want to waste time on an idea
Hss tig welded on use 316 stainless, ive done this a number of times.
Silde the bush up, insert tool, slide bush down and go at it lots if speed very gentle up.

Put the effort in you will easily have a nice tool
The swarf. Cuts easily with a hand drill

Thanks. I think I can have a go at it.That was a 10mm hole i iashed this up using an angle grinder.

It's not great. Not sure how much damage I did squashing it in the vice... Not that much though.Good result.
