Those look good, but i dont think theyre applicable, as the part needs to rotate. Ie the m4 thread is the pivot.
I think that the part you link to works by tightening down on the face, and deforming. I specifically cant tighten right down, as that will stop the rotation.
And, no, theres no room for a bearing! : )
