They didnt all have them. Some have them all fitted up, some have them but no linkage, some (like my late D2) dont have the internals in the transfer box (i’ve checked and no nubbin on the top of the extension housing where the linkge would connect - LR made it an option on later models choosing to rely on the traction control only off road).It’s still got diff lock, it’s just missing the linkage.
